SIRT4 expression decreased matlab ability of Tsc2−/−p53−/− MEFs to grow in soft agar. However, matlab expression of SIRT4 in Tsc2+/+p53−/− didn’t impair their colony formation properties Figure 6A. Tumor incidence in mice injected with Tsc2+/+p53−/− MEFs was not littered with SIRT4 data not proven. Conversely, in matlab Tsc2−/−p53−/− cohort, SIRT4 decreased tumor incidence by 20 days at median Figure 6B. SIRT4 expression inTsc2−/−p53−/− MEFs resulted in discount of Ki 67 positivity by 60% Figure 6E, in keeping with matlab finding that SIRT4 inhibits matlab proliferation of those cells in vitro Figure S5B. Finally, we performed engineering complete meta evaluation of SIRT4 expression in human tumors and found significantly decrease expression degrees of SIRT4, relative to standard tissue, in bladder, breast, colon, gastric, ovarian and thyroid carcinomas Figure 6F.
